INVESTOR ALERTS

We are currently investigating claims by clients relating to the following firms and securities.

1.  Lehman Principal Protected Notes \ Lehman Structured Notes \ Guaranteed Linked Notes: These notes are structured investment products that are based in part on the performance of underlying investments, such as Stock Exchange indexes, index options, groups of stocks, bonds, and even hedge funds or a combination of any of the above. These Notes are sold to conservative, risk-averse investors who were seeking to safety of capital and generate income as well as participate in the growth of the general market with little risk.

The sales material and various Brokerage firms represented that investors would enjoy "100 percent principal protection" and "uncapped appreciation potential." However, the notes were subject to more risk than investors were led to believe. When Lehman Brothers filed for bankruptcy protection, the value of these notes plummeted in value causing significant losses to investors.

If you invested in these notes and may have suffered losses contact us to evaluate your case.
